MSR Germany Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detectors and Transmitters save energy costs by controlling ventilation equipment (Fan) in areas where high concentrations of CO may present serious health problems.  Various building and occupancy codes require that ventilation fans run 100% of the time in enclosed areas, such as parking garages, unless a CO monitoring system is installed in that particular areas .

The MSR Germany Carbon Monoxide Detector/Transmitter has an excellent sensing unit (Electrochemical – Gel Type Sensor Cell ).  As carbon monoxide levels increase, contacts are provided to actuate ventilation equipment (Fan) and an audible internal alarm will activate if CO levels continue to rise.  Since ventilation equipment is only required when CO levels are elevated, energy costs for HVAC operation are significantly reduced. 

 Carbon Monoxide Transmitter is used to provide a proportional analog signal to the Multi-Input Control Panel or a Building Management System (BMS).

FISCHER FT61 New long-term stable temperature and humidity sensor with LCD for non-aggressive gaseous media

The digital humidity and temperature device is ideally suited for measuring moisture and temperature of non-aggressive gaseous media. For the monitoring process, the sensor unit can be used separately or integrated in a clean room panel.

The measuring device comprises a display unit and a sensor, which transfers the measured data via I²C bus to the display. Both units can be displayed at the same time or alternatively. The measuring ranges for humidity are between 0…100 % r.F ± 3 % and for temperature between: -40…100°C, ± 0.5°C.

The standard signals 0…10 V, 0… 20 mA und 4…20 mA are available for the analogue outputs.

Proportional Ball Valves Actuator Model no: BMS1.1

As the process industry continues to achieve more efficient and productive plant design, plant engineers and technicians are faced, almost daily, with new equipment designs and applications. One product, a valve actuator, may be described by some as simply a black box, having an input (power supply or signal), an output (torque), and a mechanism or circuitry to operate a valve. Those who select control valves will quickly see that a variety of valve actuators are available to meet most individual or plant wide valve automation requirements. In order to make the best technical and economical choice, an engineer must know the factors that are most important for the selection of actuators for plant wide valve automation. Where the quality of a valve depends on the mechanical design, the metallurgy, and the machining, its performance in the control loop is often dictated by the actuator.

The decision to automate a valve is usually based on one or all of the following considerations.
